Development Commison

Attend Meetings 

  • The Commission consists of five members, a Chairperson and four members, who represent each county precinct and are residents of Hood County.

  • The Commission is tasked with reviewing proposed development in Hood County and making a recommendation to Commissioners’ Court as to its conformance with applicable regulations.

  • Being present and staying involved is more important than ever.

 

  • Attendance at meetings is crucial to staying up to date on current developments moving through CC during (site development phase).

 

  • We need volunteers who attend, speak, and follow CC agendas. Help keep your Community Informed.

  • Hearing directly from Local citizens can be highly impactful.
