Learn more about our current initiative and receive an important status update regarding Pacifico Spunky LLC permit application to the Upper Trinity Groundwater Conservation District for 4 onsite water wells! 

Protesting this permit is vital to protecting our community from being inundated with a 16 turbine power plant, multi-building data center campus, and utility BESS yard to be located along the banks of the Brazos River. If Pacifico can gain access to our precious water resources then they will have exactly what they need to ask Hood County to revisit/ approve Pacifico Spunky's concept plan. This is of immediate concern to those of us who have property near the Brazos River in Pecan Plantation, DeCordova Bend, Abbey Bend and Mitchell Bend particularly.
